Hmmm however when next to a t the i's in both pictures stop just beneath the t's cross. But when it's not next to an i, the height is taller 🤔

Ok my amateur handwriting analysis says no. The L's are a little similar in that a couple of them curve a bit but beyond that, her n's tend to end way below the line, the a's in the graffiti are more pinched at the base and she hooks her t's whereas the t's in the graffiti are straight lines.
