what nobody told me about getting divorced is that it follows you everywhere. i lost love for my ex-wife when i found out how bad they were, and i STILL miss them. everything still reminds me of them.

not that this cant happen with a breakup, but every time i hit "divorced" i miss them again.

i ended up in the ER yesterday for neurological symptoms and joked to my roommate "im gonna laugh if the only thing wrong with me is something totally unrelated"

i'm in a lucky position having been able to transition pretty young. i'm currently indistinguishable from a cisgender woman. but the moment i mention that i'm trans and certain things are different for me, i'm brushed off as "a man pretending to be a woman."

whats a little disheartening to me is that with the rising visibility of transmasc butches (which is good!) some communities are pushing out transfem butches (or transfem lesbians in general) and using terf rhetoric to keep us excluded but some of y'all arent ready for that conversation
