I was so tired yesterday, I could barely stay awake at work. So how well did I sleep? I didn't!

Had some melatonin, turned on early, and expected to pass out. NOPE, I felt wide awake! All the energy from the 4 hours of sleep yesterday showed up 16 HOURS LATE!!! 😡 I've been awake for 24 hours now. 🫩
