It can even adapt the second game and Dan Stevens can play Herbert Wallace. He'd love that.

Revenge of the Ninja (1983) | "Only a ninja can stop a ninja."

I like how the ninjas are always obliged to use different weapons for each guy they kill. Like, you can use the sword more than once, guys. You don't need to figure out how to kill him with tonfas for some reason.

I say this a lot about the Hays Code. Not that it was a good thing that we had it, but working against it made filmmakers make things that were more creative - and often more progressive or transgressive - than what we often got when it was gone.

I don't care how many fake Halloween scars they show me, that guy fully killed like 10 employees just to graduate from ninja school. This is why tuition is so high.

As disappointing as this is, it's not terribly surprising. I'm proud of my nomination from last year, but I know that their nomination and voting practices are not the most stringent.

"Creature Crackers," a 1979 Topps Chewing Gum sticker card made to look like a package of animal crackers, but instead of animal shapes, there are various monster shapes; a gillman, an ape, a dinosaur, a wolfman, and a slightly-humanoid bat. The package says "Sunstroke Creature Crackers: The Snack That Attacks!"

In one of those cases where I am probably just wrong on this one, Touch of Evil (1958) is undeniably shot to within an inch of its life, but ultimately too mumbling and flabby for me.

A brown button sewn with white thread onto a pair of tan jeans.

Today, I sewed buttons onto three pairs of pants. I'm still quite bad at it, but I'm trying to teach myself at least the most basic rudiments of garment repair. Starting with sewing on buttons.
