It's real money. What's bizarre is that even people who are very knowledgeable about economics don't see the class dynamics behind the stock market. It's really not hard, stock prices depend on the expected value of future profits. That's not radical Marxism, it's textbook economics.

NYT: Kevin Warsh should not be approved as Fed chair. Warsh has a credibility problem. Central to the Fed’s mission of managing the American economy is the institution’s independence. The Fed’s board should not take directions from the White House.

I'm a bit surprised to hear some folks claiming Dems will "never" do any of this. Dems have already impeached Trump twice, have made multiple criminal referrals, and are currently setting up a 25A commission. And House Dems have already introduced DOJ independence reforms that are quite good.

A jury has ruled that Live Nation-Ticketmaster is an illegal monopoly.

A judge will determine whether or not to break the company up, in addition to other damages.

This is a big deal.

Remember that the Trump admin tried to settle the lawsuit with a slap on the wrist — but state AGs said no way.
