De asielnoodmaatregelenwet is verworpen, maar veel van de inhoud staat ook in de implementatiewet van het EU-migratiepact.

We zijn er dus nog niet, maar goed dat de strafbaarstelling inderdaad is verworpen.

Verder kan een genomen besluit natuurlijk worden teruggedraaid, bijvoorbeeld onder druk van protest.

Ook kan protest nut hebben om gemeenten op te roepen/onder druk te zetten om de wet straks niet uit te voeren.
