Bluesky has become so overwhelmingly negative over the past year and I’ve found myself actively avoiding it. It’s ok if someone wants to treat socials like a diary or private group chat—it’s just not for me!

Personally, I don't think BSKY is "peaceful" if you HAVE to use blocklists and tags.

The alternative is you let go of the role and be replaced by a Non-Union member or another actor outside of the U.S.. Public perception of Union Voice Actors is already dwindling because of this exact behavior. I support the Voice Actors, but this is sounding more like entitlement than anything.

Don't get me wrong, I support the actors and workers affected by the strike. I don't trust SAG-AFTRA going on their word for letting the VAs going back to work. They only suspended it, meaning the strike can continue at any given time.

You know what would be the most fucked up thing ever? Like 100% fucked up? What if SAG-AFTRA said people could return to work to have the VAs do their role announcements, and if there is a Non-Union job listed, they can respond like "oh you were working on this? Revoked."

[From Twitter] I'm glad actors are able to come back to work after ~11 months of striking. BUT, trust in SAG-AFTRA has diminished quite a bit, and many roles have been replaced between Jul 2024 and Jun 2025. I genuinely feel bad for the actors who have lost their roles due to this strike/ CWR.

I will never understand how people can excuse the murder and assassination of any person for any reason. You can hate them and/or talk shit about them on bluesky, but to glorifying any violence or misfortune against them? It makes you no different from the very people you are going against!

You know what really gets me about the post-election reactions? Regardless if you are red or blue, leaving your relationships due to differing opinions is super CRAZY! If that were the case, Velvet probably would have wanted to get back to Jaune for one thing, but then Beacon's Fall happened and they never really saw each other again, till Vacuo. But that'd probably be it.

If we ever see them in Vol 10 together, I would love to see this to be their dynamic. Like Jaune did something to Velvet one time while in Beacon that she didn't like, and she never let it go or let him forget it.
