This is where Hinduism actually cracked the code, yes the gods have portfolios but they also have overlaps and mediating fights over jurisdiction was basically Indra's full time job as king of the devas

I want that Lodge 49 book!
I have no business writing them, but I’d love to draw comics stories that expand on the worlds of any of these:
-Lodge 49
-Get Millie Black
-Bacigalupi & Buckell’s “Bramble” novellas.
-The Nice Guys
Right?!?! They look delicious don't they?
A pen sitting on a pack of blue post-its, surrounded by a unicorn dice tray, 2 sets of polyhedral dice, and a D&D character sheet.
Sitting in on a Session 1 of a new campaign my son is running in the campaign setting I created 20+ years ago and it's a magical experience.
Louder, for the men in the back. 👏

You are in for a treat! Brutal as hell, but much more rewarding than. I had expected!

Or maybe "Anti-Social Sewing Circle" marathon.
Also, the decision to shoot Eyes of My Mother in B&W was brilliant. Beautifully done.
Watched Eyes of My Mother (2016) this morning and would love to see it on a mini-marathon between May (2002) and Where the Devil Roams (2023). A "Supporting Women's Wrongs" marathon. Or "God Forbid She Have a Hobby" mararhon.
My old county fair used to have this little trailer setup called the Gingerbread House where they would lure kids with kool-aid and cookies. Then once inside the trailer they would show a short Bible film and try to convert you to their church.
If I could change just ONE THING... for everyone... I would bring the epiphany that the structures we have created, the industry, jobs, etc. are traps, and that the one real goal should be to do what you love, to help others do the same. The importance of teh rest is bullshit.
Painting of an armored woman, with flowing long hair, and a flaming sword, her green robe has a floral print
Painting of an elden ring character in Drake armor with a dragon wing cape
Painting of a bat helmed knight in green armor, holding a Lance with a banner in front of a burning field
Painting of a tall statue-esque elf with straight blonde hair carrying an olive branch and a candle
I need work. You need art. Comms open. 🖤🗡️🌻

I had to hang up and apologize to M. The generational trauma is real. 🤣
After being held hostage by a long, rambling hour-long phone call from my mom, I sought out my partner to apologize for how I tell stories. I get it now. You do not need to hear ALL the unnecessary context to whatever nonsense I am about to force into your ears.
