Peter Kyle, the new Minister for Biz & Trade, confirming the Govt’s commitment to ending the misuse of NDAs in cases of harassment and discrimination.

Yesterday we delivered a @38degrees.bsky.social petition with @louisehaighmp.bsky.social signed by over 92,000 to 10 Downing Street, calling on the government to end the misuse of NDAs.
After 6 years of reviews there’s no excuse left. With a govt supporting workers’ rights, the time is now.
We’ve delivered a petition signed by 92,854 people calling for an end to NDAs used to cover up harassment and abuse at work.
Together with @louisehaighmp.bsky.social and @cbmsuk.bsky.social, we’re urging action as the Employment Rights Bill moves through Parliament.
