I actually did end up finding a 3-exclamation point pikachu which would've been either surfing or flying, but the little bastard broke out of the pokeball and bailed. It's the only one I've found so far...

Day 2 of walking (I rested yesterday because my legs were dead the night before), 500-ish watts today and I spent them on three flail leppa pikachu! I found out also that muting the pokewalker in its settings speeds up animations which rules.

Update, I spent 540 watts with 10k steps so I could get either flying or surfing pikachu (just to make sure) and got two flail leppa pikachu instead. This is going to be annoying but I did realize there's a tell for the Surfing/Flying Pikachu by the number of exclamation marks.

Day 1 of walking, I did a 2 1/2 mile walk for the first time in a long time. Wore the shit out of my legs and feet but I felt really good about it! Unfortunately 8287 doesn't meet the threshold to check if I have the correct grouping of Pikachu to transfer over yet, so we'll see later on.

As a side note I'm doing this specifically because I've been wanting to lose weight, and doing something dumb like Pokewalker specific hunts sounded really funny! I'm not doing it very efficiently but we'll see how it goes!

Starting my Shiny Hunt thread here. TLDR I'm going for a shiny surfing Pikachu (Raichu later) from Yellow Forest on the Pokewalker. Normally pokewalker transferred mons are shiny locked but I grabbed a patch for my Heartgold to allow me to do the hunt.
