Evergreen Impact Housing Fund Evergreen Impact Housing Fund (EIHF) is a private capital investment fund managed by the Seattle Foundation, funding affordable housing projects.

The Evergreen Impact Housing Fund released a video that features one of our buildings and tells a resident's story. The Aries is the first project funded by EIHF to open to residents, proving that innovative financing can boost the supply of much-needed housing.
