The use of #AI imaging in exploiting power is not a joke nor is it simply embarrassing. Content creators now have a moral and ethical responsibility in the consequences of what their images represent: in this case, a clear malevolent expression of self-ordained narcissism
Chairman the Russian Blue car loafing on the kitchen counter with an annoyed look on her face at a veggie buttercream garden cake
Did you have you veggies today? They still count if it’s in a cake form. Chairman just wishes it’s not chocolate so she could have some. Happy #Caturday!
I had to. Just because it’s a double holiday and I need to keep things light today. #Easter #Passover
Happy “double happiness” birthday!

Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities of Knowledge: A Deeper Look at Hispanic Serving Institutions These resources will help you start today.
How can college and university administrators build inclusive, resilient campus communities before problems occur? Campus leadership plays an important role in establishing policy and setting the tone for faculty, staff, and students who look to administrators for support and guidance when responding to hate, harassment, and discrimination.
In the context of rising hate & extremism, faculty members are uniquely positioned to engage with students. They can recognize early signs of alienation from the broader campus community that can push one towards radicalizing beliefs, and they can help those who might be targeted due to their identities or affinities.
Staff members at an HSI may be the first people students turn to when they have experienced harm or witnessed an incident of hate. Some students may go to staff members who have similar backgrounds or identities, perhaps out of trust or a sense of affinity, with concerns about microaggressions, conflicts with peers, or reports of bias on campus.
@perilresearch.bsky.social recently released our newest toolkit: BRICK for HSIs. Find out how you can use the resources and tools available for your staff, faculty, students and campus admins in promoting values specific to Hispanic-serving communities!

I used to live in Sackets Harbor when I was stationed in the military near that area. For a tiny town, the principal’s voice and actions should me mirrored everywhere.
Today, PERIL's Cynthia Miller-Idriss participated in the podcast "When The Wolves Came - Evangelicals Resisting Extremism", with Ruth Braunstein from the University of Connecticut Democracy Lab. Check it out: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/d...

There really isn’t a way to appease a narcissist. I get it, Zelensky has gone above and beyond to prove on the world stage he is not the one opposed to peace…
Canadian retailers have, for hundreds of years, fought to remain “proudly Canadian” in branding. The Hudson’s Bay is the oldest company.

I don’t like using the same words dictators use like “czar”, it empowers them. Americans aren’t silent about this either, but there needs to be louder pieces about the arrests being made of Canadian workers with H1B or T3 visas
