How I deal with impostor syndrome and rejection sensitivity I keep a log of compliments I’ve received in a note-taking app on my phone. I take a look at them whenever I’m experiencing impostor syndrome or rejection sensitivity.

Here’s a life hack you could try out this year if you’re prone to rejection sensitivity and impostor syndrome. (It has become kind of a tradition for me to repost this every new year!)
