Remember to give yourself some grace. The world is hard enough on us as it is. We don't need to add to that by being unkind to ourselves as well.

Know that you are supported and welcome here, whether you're closeted or out, loud or quiet, bold or biding. You're valid, and we love you.
This #NationalComingOutDay is a special time for anyone to be proud in who they are, even if you're still lying low, to find incredible support.
But don't feel pressured just because people are posting about it. We all have to measure whether things are good and safe before such vulnerability.
Hey, all!
We're gonna be out at Lawless Brewery of Burbank tomorrow, Sept 30, from 5pm to 8pm PT! If you're in town, we'd love to see ya!

I do what I can to not pigeonhole them to just trans/nonbinary characters if I can help it--There're all kinds of characters, after all.
I love it when they get the chance to perform what they're comfortable with, as opposed to being limited to what others may assume.

160 years ago, the last enslaved Black Americans in Galveston, Texas finally received their freedom.
Today, we celebrate the enduring fight for freedom and continue advocating for justice, equality, and opportunity for all.
A black post with white text that reads: The murder of Jonathan Joss, a queer and Native American voice actor of the Comanche and White Mountain Apache tribes, has frightened and saddened the Queer Vox community. This hate crime is a stark reminder how vulnerable LGBQTIA+ people are. We are so often demonized by the twisted rhetoric in our current politics and media, it feels as if we walk through the world with targets on our backs. Jonathan’s acting work remains not only as a memorial to his talent, but also a testament to the importance of authentic representation. The more the voices of the underrepresented are heard and tied to the very real beating hearts behind them, the more this divided nation will understand and defend us. In that pursuit, we must never be silent. Our hearts go out to Jonathan’s husband Tristan and to all who knew and loved him.

As we continue to face legislative, social, and cultural challenges, we all must continue to brace and uplift each other.
All of us at Queer Vox wish our community, LGBTQIA+ siblings, & allies a happy #PrideMonth!
Pride is a time to celebrate the diversity of the queer experience, however #Pride is more than a celebration, it is a reminder how tenuous our freedoms are & how critical the support of our allies is.
