Standard practice for many companies. Companies originating in other countries pay exorbitant head office overheads &/or buy much of their supplies through HO. Many British companies registered offices abroad or in tax havens to avoid paying tax. A company whose contract I managed did exactly that.
Strange so many key political figures have phone problems! Especially those who requested to provide phones for reasons of investigation/enquiry! 🤔
