People are difficult.

Today would be the last day I saw my Mom before she passed. There's not a day where I don't think of her.

Honestly, if you ever want to talk Annie let me know & I'll pass my phone number along through Kate. You're not alone.

It's really weird - I had friends that I've known 20+ years, was in a group chat where I was obviously being ignored by them, not say a single word to me when my mother was in her last months or after she passed. We are better off without them, Annie. It is not you, it's a them.

Oh, I love the new Courtney Barnett. I can't wait to see her at the end of the summer.

Going to go through my mom's belongings with my sister this weekend, after letting her place sit for a year since she passed away. After her service, I was like yeah I am good on coming into town for now. So there's that 🙃

Saw a reddit post about a person finding undeveloped film strips & a contact sheet in their copy of Double Nickels on the Dime that were from one of the Desolation Center shows & that's all I've been able to think about. So now I'm listening to Double Nickles with the boys. (Ralph & Wolfman)
