Lifetime driving ban? Let’s see how weak our courts can be when faced with a killer driver. 😬

What changes to the system will be recommended so that this will be less likely to happen again. I fully expect none. 😒

I don't know how to explain to the people who pop up when creatives complain about "AI" to say there are legit uses for it just how much they sound like someone saying "Well actually fire is used to make bread" when people are talking about an organized arson ring burning down their fucking houses

gotta listen to body. it's not the distance it's a combination of distance and how you're feeling.

if you feel crap and do the distance by walking it's the same training load as running it all when you feel good!

my Grindleford gallop training was to run 35k to hathersage and back. but with lots of walking and an hour stop for food.

nothing wrong with walking. in fact I detest the modern training strategies of increasing runs towards a target.

my training for long distance has always been do the distance but at a very slow pace and*walk*. valuing time on feet and distance
