Hey Christen! We are doing ok. The weather has made it really tough for us to run together - just too cold for her. (Windchills below zero.) maybe today though - it’s sunny and might make it to 20 degrees. Lol.

I’ll be in Philly in November. Guess why…

Been a while since I’ve posted any #MilesWithMira so I thought I’d post about our run in the snow yesterday. It was chilly but the winds were reasonable. You can tell she noticed a bunny as I was snapping the picture. This made for a nice 10+ mile weekend.

She’s doing well! We’ve been running (200 miles over the past 2 months) but haven’t taken photos lately.

And guess who might have just signed up for the 2026 Philadelphia Marathon (along with some cousins/friends)? 😬

She ran her first club event today - the Toledo Roadrunners Cookie Crumble 5 miler. We brought some snickerdoodles to share. #MilesWithMira

Not to be too much of a homer, but seems the hometown team is already getting favorable treatment. That was a clear recovery - not question. And nice push off to get open for the TD. Going to be interesting. 🙄

Sunday morning at St Asphalt and 7 lovely, chilly #MilesWithMira. We followed it up with a one mile walk with the other pup. Time for some playoff football - specifically #GoPackGo! #HRFitCrew

Snowy Saturday #MilesWithMira. We haven’t been able to run together for a bit so she was super excited. E then took Tressel for her mile walk. Oh, and then so had to shovel off the two or so inches that fell overnight. #HRFitCrew

Tuesday bridge to bridge “runch” in downtown Toledo. The windchill was about 16 F so not too bad. Of course.chit’s a bit worse as you go over the bridges. #HRFitCrew

I think today’s 4 treadmill miles were harder than yesterday’s 4 donuts over 4 miles in 15 degree windchill. 🙄 #HRFitCrew
