How do I express concerns about an ICLR submission now that there is no public comment button anymore?

It's insane how all the weaknesses in a review can be from my own limitation section, in which I was just trying to be humble. Reviewing must be so easy when all you need to do is copy and paste the limitations and ask the author to debate with himself.

let's talk about "agents" (in the LLM sense). there's a lot of buzz around "multi-agent" systems where agents collaborate but... i don't really get how it differs from a thinking of a single agent with multiple modes of operation. what are the benefits of modeling as multi-agent?
