I’ trying out a program that’s like 1 day power, 1 day strength plus 2-3 days of boxing. The strength and power days are both full body days and start off with about 20-30 mins light cardio. Been going pretty well so far!
I do lot of coding and design so ymmv but I use a dotfiles script that gets all the major things installed then spend a week signing into everything. Essentially a modified version of Holman’s bootstrap script github.com/holman/dotfi...
