We were worried from him since he was brought home, just seemed like he was too weak the whole time. But we did our best to save him and make sure he had the best possible time while he was still with us. I made sure to take him outside to look at the sky before he got too weak to keep his eyes open

But I don't know, that's why I ask them to tell me. Because I don't know, and while I can try to be better at it (and I DO try), that doesn't mean I can't do things I can't do. So I set a boundary, I explain. And it's so annoying how many people just don't respect it even when they claim to

So many people have promised to do this, assured me that they tell me when things are wrong over and over for years, only to later reveal that no. They don't respect the boundary. They don't tell me, and they bottle it up and either lash out or ditch me. And then they expect me to know why

This boundary exists because I do have a hard time knowing sometimes, and I don't want to hurt people. Especially friends. So I ask that people tell me, in case I did something and didn't know. It is a boundary that exists so I can make sure others are okay and feel safe that they will tell me

I know I've been rambling a lot but this is my thoughts and pondering world so here I come again.

I have this explicit boundary, one I've had for years and years, where I ask people to please tell me if I've hurt or upset them. Tell me what is wrong and why, even if you need a few hours to do so

My wife tells me to be bossy with him and he giggles and enjoys having someone tell him what to do. I also frequently double check if it's still okay and he goes "obviously. I'd say if not" every time. But I have to ask cuz I don't wanna be evil

As well as a bunch of other little things that are mostly just irl that my wife hands to me and goes "okay so you can control these things for me thanks" and I jitter about over it

I'm a little obsessive control freak but that's okay because my outlet is scheduling shows every week and fixing my stuffed animals and giving my wife a list of concepts for his art because he has a hard time with thinking of what to do
