I would love to see those whenever you have the time/energy!

I love watching your process, if you don't mind posting these more often. ๐
It's so hard to keep up with who's awful in the OSR community, too. If it were easy, I never would have purchased Knave 2e.
I want to start decorating for hosting Christmas, but I have a cat who eats table cloths and chews on wrapping paper. ๐
My wife is like this. We bought a laser pointer so when I glance up from whatever I'm doing, I can use the laser to point her in the right direction when she's lost in her game. LOL
Waiting in the parking lot of my apartment complex after work because my MIL is over and I have terrible social anxiety.
Please let me go home. ๐

I've been combining it with Mythic GME 2e. So far, my characters have had nothing but bad luck. One was just kidnapped by robbers disguised as a merchant caravan. The other recently had a few limbs lost to an alzabo (he's got cool cybernetics now, at least lol). So definitely a 10/10 game for me.
I didn't know you had a Patreon. That's an instant sub from me! I play Vaults of Vaarn solo on my lunch breaks. Awesome game. :)
As I'm playing through Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth, I find Cloud immediately relatable. I, too, am a socially awkward fuck whose frequent migraines force me to lay in bed whenever my friends just want to have fun.
I will say, the books are usual Son of Oak quality. Gorgeous art, I think an easier layout to digest than CoM (which I also adore).
Buuut at the end of the day, the dice are my favorite thing. I just love d6 dice in a d12 form factor. LOL
Hmm. If this is also training new GMs, maybe a game like "Beyond the Wall & Other Adventures"? Playbooks give players a little background info and investment in their characters while also giving the GM something to work with. It's also designed to be low prep and the adventures are great.
I haven't had the chance to look through it yet! I'm hoping after work tonight I can finally look through it.
However, I did immediately pull the dice set out. I just love the double d6 style dice. They are gorgeous.

I work in an extremely Red, Trump-loving industry. I hear their rhetoric day in, day out. I am SO informed of their opinions. My Bluesky feed is the only place I get a break from their anger.
Yes, but they approved some... interesting choices. I read Stephen King in elementary school at my father's encouragement.
I ended up pretty okay, despite my parents' best efforts.
Every time I feel like drawing, my iPad has, like, 2% battery. ๐
A high quality press edition of Mythic Game Master Emulator Second Edition will be available soon! The books are printed and about to ship. I've seen some sample copies of it and they look lovely :)

If they're anything like my fundamentalist family, it's not mental illness - it's demons.
This really is the worst timeline, huh?
My wife has stage 4 cancer. We can't even leave the city we're in due to a potential lapse in her treatment, let alone leave the county. "Just leave" is a privilege most of us don't have.
