After that big city-wide outage a couple of months ago, we had low (~112-115V) for several days (maybe a bit over a week?). But I've never seen it go over like that. I'm glad I had the Furman on my audio gear (which is how I first noticed) - it would have absolutely cooked the tubes in my hifi amp.
