It's a Solo Piano concert and not the Orchestra concert, which is the dream to go see, but I did like the Final Fantasy solo piano concert I saw last year and I love the NieR soundtrack.

Currently screaming that a NieR concert is touring New Zealand in late October.

It's however not coming to Wellington, so I guess I'll need to figure out flights to Auckland or potentially Christchurch if Auckland gets too expensive.

Context for my last post, I just uploaded the last of my Taiwan trip highlight posts so it seemed as good as time as any to make a pinned post.

It occurs to me that until now I didn't have a pinned post here.

I'm IcyRose. I sometimes cosplay, but I mostly burn money buying anime waifus & take photos of them.

The new season starting while we were in Taiwan meant I had to play catch up with new stuff once I got back and while I tried to mitigate it by watching my high priority stuff while I was there, I have realised there's so many good shows this season plus sequel that's going to be tough to manage.

They have so many of them in Taiwan and just artsy souvenirs in general.

We were really spoiled for choice and they're both quick and easy and fun to do too.

Blossom's Mum was house-sitting the pets last night and she got jump scared by our fat Rii clone that I put in the cat tree.

Thanks, we're fine since we live up on a hill and it's cleared up since.

Ironically a cyclone passed last weekend after we got back from Taiwan and the weather was nowhere near as bad as it was this morning.

Also the roads are closed so even if we wanted to brave the weather and floods, I don't think we're actually getting anywhere.

Oh you can see the flooded roads from our house. Yeah, we aren't making it to horse girls... Good thing I also have the movie at home!

OK, Observation Log of a Reincarnated Villainess was already cute, but having the heroine be just as dumb as the villainess and confused as to why the Prince isn't responding to her advances is hilarious.

Anime was easier to do since I watch more than I read, but I did end up changing one entry in here after some reflection too.

Ended up redoing this, because I can't believe I forgot about Keijo!!!!!!!! and I had to fix that

Rune Soldier Louie walked so Black Clover, Mashle and every other story about a strength based mage or 'mage' could run.

Honestly Roserade and Gyarados are more or less tied, I always make sure I have both in my party and I think I might be the only person who cares about Cryogonal.

This originally had more Monster Hunter on it, but I decided to keep it to one game per franchise after Blossom said putting 3 different Monster Hunters for each Multiplayer option was cheating.

I recently updated one of my figure shelves to be cosplay anime themed, with mostly My Dress Up Darling figures plus 2 figures from 2.5 Dimensional Seduction.

But funnily enough, because of Marin's usual colour schemes in her normal and cosplay looks, Lilisa and Mikarin just look like other Marins

Yeah there's so many times where I burn through a bunch of penalties, find the right evidence and then the very next piece of evidence was the one I tried to present and I'm like "See! I wasn't wrong! I demand you give me back my life points, Judge!"

It's not an Ace Attorney game unless you are 2 steps ahead of the case but need to wait until the rest of the cast has caught up and you have to handhold them.

Only for you to not realise what the critical of evidence required is at the last step and then they have to do the same.

The Megaman shrine got an upgrade.

I now have 4/6 of the Megaman 1 Robot Masters.

Gutsman and Bombman are announced for Wave 5 of the Jada Toys line, so maybe in a year or two they'll come out and my collection will be complete?

We've been catching up with Invincible (season 3) and forget how long episodes are because I see what episode number is up next and I'm like "Wait, we only at the start of the season? I feel like we've watched at least 2 more episodes worth of content than we actually have"

I probably should mention that this lottery in particular was loaded with good prizes.

The slight shame was the one kit I was searching for, that I found multiple times last year in Japan and was about to get but lacked the money and room for it in my luggage, I just could not find in Taiwan on account of them nit having any 00 kits outside the Exia

In putting away my gunpla from Taiwan, I have now discovered that my box for my backlog is now full.

So I should probably start building kits again...

Every time Blossom mentions how long we've been married, people take an extra second to try math out their perceived ages of us in their heads.

One person has even questioned the legality of our marriage as a direct result.
