Awesome job. I agree, piping bags are an abominable invention. Once tried to use one, ended up with whipped cream everywhere but where it was supposed to go.

Colombian has a nice taste with notes of chocolate. I would suggest medium roast, not light, as lighter roasts tend to be more acidic, which can be tough on your taste buds and stomach.

I think being at war is scary enough. What really scares me is that, on top of that, we're being led by a bunch of warmongers. They don't care for human life, only imagined greatness through power. It's the kind of attitude that brought us WW1 and the huge loss of life of modern warfare.
