I don’t use uline because I don’t particularly like the owners, but I just use thermal labels on shrink wrap.

I used to use zip top bags and the labels stuck really well but they peel off the shrink wrap more which annoys me but whatever. If I want the shrink wrap there’s only so much I can do 😅😭

Additional context: some of my models are too short to fit the whole 2.4” label so they fold weird and it annoyed tf out of me so I made an alternate version where I can trim off the logo side before sticking it on.
