A fucked up thing about running a small nonprofit is having to be your own HR & IT departments, a plumber/boiler tech/HVAC specialist & a fundraising event manager (who magically spends no money) on top of doing direct service while trying to keep the lights on.
I haven't had a break in 10 months.

Possibly people who get any time off ever? Babies, maybe? I dunno.
Today is testing my famous stoic resolve.
I might do a violence the next time someone asks if I had a "restful holiday season."
