@elly.lol immediately after the talk I realised the answer to your question! You can use size adjust in font face to adjust roboto. There is no reason you can let size adjust multiple fallback options to match your first choice font

Either A.I. is an essential part of the job, in which case it's reasonable for candidates to use it and reasonable for employers to assess the skill of candidates at using it, or it's not.
