Now, cleaners who bravely spoke up about their years-long ordeal at a letter hand-in protest have been put under investigation for gross misconduct, accused of bringing the client into disrepute.

Prestigious, well-respected institutions like the RCA think they can use outsourcing as a curtain they draw shut to hide the exploitation, abuse and intimidation of migrant workers that their operations run on.

Unionised cleaners at the RCA are pulling that curtain down, and asking the public to look in at how these institutions treat marginalised workers when they think no one is watching.

Now they are being victimised for speaking out about years of alleged abuse+sexual harassment.
