I feel like coding can be art in many ways! Even without the end-result being art in itself, beautiful code can be art in the same way that I'd consider proofs in "The Book" to be art. There's art in code just like there can be art in almost anything humans do.
Continuing my tradition of being way too late to things, I'm playing FFVII for the first time tonight. No, not the remake, the original one (well the PC port and I think it's now a 2026 revamp of the PC port? I'm confused but it works on Linux so I won't complain).

It's so minor but I love that OpenUtau now is all one window rather than opening up a new one for every group. It's just nice and it keeps things a bit more in line with all the other programs.
I'm so late to the party but I finally played the prelude to "Of the Devil" and I'm so hooked. It's a bit rough around the edges but the writing is great and it pulled me in so quick that I was rehearsing my arguments. I'm going to have play the rest of it!
This time, I'll say that I'm playing Funi Raccoon Game instead of just forgetting to add it back in. Come join me for ... whatever it is. I'm having a blast with it!

I clearly need to play more deadlock because I have no idea what just happened.

Though I was not prepared for the horror of rinds stuck to the bottom of my pot. It took me a literal hour to clean out and it still wasn't entirely clean. I'm hoping the dishwasher finishes the job.
The finished beef stew (served over rice because why not) and Parmesan broth. I think they both came out really well!

I feel like I was finally getting the hang of Bitwig V5 and I updated it today and I'm on V6 now (-_(\). I'm really excited for the new features but now I have more to learn.
The UI overhaul is great though; it looks sleeker now!

The last time I went to a concert like this I got free fan made merch from the mysterious strangers and it was a lot of fun to chat with them before the show. Hopefully the strangers are nice instead of imposing for you as well.
