Not caring about something until it affects you or someone you care about has always been the conservative way.

I'd rather they do that in November. If they act like the Democrats are going to run away with it, I'm worried too many Democrats will stay home if it's the least bit cold or rainy. We've done that sort of thing to ourselves before, if we're told it's close, people will show up.

Watching your comments on Social Security. I have in recent years had reason to call them a few times. Every call has been handled by a person who clearly knew what they're talking about & everyone I've spoken to has been wonderful to speak with - & I always tell them that.
