Condemning. Condemning again. Condemning louder. 🇸🇩💔

Without action, condemnation is just noise.

Sudan doesn’t need words. It needs consequences.

The UAE must be stopped. But money buys silence. 💰🤮

Why is Sudan back in the news again?
As the country's brutal war takes a new turn, the latest atrocities unleashed on the Sudanese population have been truly shocking.

Appreciate Senator Tom Clonan’s review of my new book in The Irish Times.

"Unfinished Empire" shows how Russian imperialism has shaped the fate of its neighbours, from the tsarist conquests to Soviet domination and today’s relentless aggression.
