the thing with a lot of these is that i tried to tap less into the usual "classic version of character" type and more of a "what if they were designed in the 90s" vibe

ill say that the idea with rouge def was to tone down the attractiveness and turn her into a more like fanciful looking girl to emphasize her love for jewels hence the neck fluff that looks like a fur coat rim

Surge is a green tenrec, which I mix ideas from her for design and rider outfits. I made her gloves black with a metal dorsal guard modified rider shoes and some jeans for kicks. she also has a belt with a holster for a battery to recharge her Electrokinesis powers

Wanted to draw my take on Surge the Tenrec. I just wanted to give her a biker jacket and a portable battery that she uses to charge her Electrokinesis.
