Changing the title implies that you think you know better than the devs/scenario writers at the time, and I'm not interested in the fan translator's creative vision.
"Adding a new layer" of anything is also something I actively try to avoid when looking at translations.

I know this is a fan's effort and every rudeness is out of place, but I really have to say that I would rather get by with my low level Japanese and pointing a phone at the screen than play through a fan translation with an extremely questionable localization approach.
