Since being on my health journey the past 94 days and losing 40lbs I’ve reversed all of my stomach issues, healed my gut biome, discovered I’m not lactose intolerant nor do I have IBS, have had far less plantar fasciitis flare ups, and have had so much more energy! Truly the best I’ve felt in years!
For the past 94 days I’ve been on a personal health journey, with the goal being to change my eating habits so that I can lose weight in order to feel healthier and alleviate some health issues I’ve had. Happy to say that as of this morning I’ve lost a total of 40 pounds! 🥹

Finished reading #WindandTruth last Monday and I absolutely loved it! While it’s not a perfect book and I have some critiques for sure, I still really enjoyed it and thought it was a really strong finish for part one of The Stormlight Archive! I’m sure I’ll post some of my critiques soon.
