It looks a lot like La Rose du Petit Prince. I am getting this rose bush on April 1st., and I am looking forward to that.😀

It certainly is. Plants are beginning to wake up here, and we are supposed to get snow this Wednesday! SMH!

Gorgeous rose! I just uploaded my summer 2024 roses, as well. This is the best we can do during the winter months, enjoy their former beauty. They shall be back in a few more months, though.😃👍🏻

🌱 🌹 Part 1 of 11.Right. So, those low temperatures are expected here for this coming week. BUT, I can always browse the record of my roses from the summer of 2024. The original clip is 21 min, and 23 sec long. I reduced the clips I am sharing here to 57-59 sec to comply with the video restrictions.

The “snow storm” was an “ice storm” for me. In the morning, I went out to assess the damage. Some of my arborvitae at the east garden were bent to the ground; as were others. I hoped that the ice would quickly melt; which it did, and the plants would straitened up on their own; which they did.

Yes! They are lovely! I look at photos of my summer roses, as well. It keeps me inspired for this coming spring.🤭

🌱 🥀 🌨️ ❄️ Last evening it started to snow in Durham, NC; and I am starting to experience cabin fever.😂 I lived in NYC from 1970 to 2002, and in northern NJ from 2002 to 2019 (when I moved to NC). So, I am not new to snow. But I worry for my roses. I hope that, in their slumber, they are protected.🤞🏻

I pre-ordered Desdemona, The Lark Ascending and Strawberry Hill from David Austin on the 3rd of December. I cannot wait until those beauties get here.❤️

Awww…He looks so much like our Rhaegal. He rescued us when he was 6 months old in August of 2022 ( after the passing of our chocolate lab). He will be 3 years old this coming February. Lots of good things for Ted, you, and your family.🐶
