Avellana Agroforestry Cooperative is giving Oregon a run for its money by building New Jersey’s hazelnut industry right here in LD16.

I’m working on legislation that would help make the hazelnut New Jersey’s next big cash crop. Great news for Nutella lovers everywhere!

I had a chance to speak at NEI's Nuclear Communications Forum discussing the future of nuclear energy and the role of states to set forward-thinking policy.

NJ has started the process to build new nuclear generation (fission and fusion) as key to a clean energy future for all.

Stopped by and talked to orgs at the Hunterdon County Disability Services Expo. As a member of the Legislative Disability Caucus, I know how critical it is for families to understand all the services available to their loved ones. Thanks to everyone who helped organize the Expo!

Yesterday was a great day in Trenton as the budget committee took testimony from the Departments of Transportation, Health, NJ Transit and the MVC. My staff and I also had a chance to sit down with Governor Sherrill to talk about voting rights, innovation, and the future of NJ PBS.

Princeton showed up in the thousands to demand NO KINGS and an end to Trump's lawlessness.

Together, we're standing up for our neighbors and the values of our and freedom that define us. After 250 years, American democracy will not bend to authoritarianism. Not on our watch.

Authoritarianism demands that we look away as our rights and freedoms are degraded. The thousands who showed up for No Kings in Central Jersey aren't looking away - they're fighting back.

With so much injustice in the world today, the words of Dr. King ring out stronger than ever. Continue speaking out for the things that matter, remember that collectively we, the people, have the power in this fight and commit to showing up for our neighbors and our communities.

Now that the Corporation for Public Broadcasting is officially shutting down, it's even more important that we provide a stable funding structure for public broadcasting in New Jersey. We have 6 months before NJ PBS shuts down. Let's keep public media on the air.
