This entire experience has been an emotional roller coaster

I'm upset, but the lady who walked me through everything was so sweet and they even worked with me to drop a few charges. I'm less angry at the people trying to help me, and moreso at the system they're forced to work under.

Even after ALL OF THAT they still can't pull it today since I can't pay upfront for the surgery, and apparently my insurance only covers examinations and check ups. LUCKILY so many people donated that as soon as gofundme transfers the money, I can pay it off and come in to have it taken care of.
