context: working with a colo provider that sent me some IPs, so I'm curious about they're connected. punch the IP into the looking glass and get this result from HE. then this from cogent tracert

...these IPs are wrong right? is there some way traffic could get to them anyway??

a map of the world RIRs (regional registries). you want an IP? you go to the folks in your part of the world and ask nicely

network folks, routing q...! if a prefix isn't showing up as announced on several major looking glasses (HE, verizon, cogent), is there any way an IP in that block is usable?
