Senior year sucks. Steve focuses enough to maintain a C average, but every single moment of every single day is miserable, with two exceptions. Time spent with Chrissy and Robin, now their perpetual third wheel as they do their best to distract him. And the single weekend each month that Eddie drives up to visit. No sleepovers allowed. No privacy. No unchaperoned dates. Steve hates it and loves it at the same time, because Eddie is with him. Eddie always has a hand on Steve at the very least when they're together; a decent chunk of their extremely truncated time is spent simply sitting on the couch in the Harringtons' family room, Steve curled up in Eddie's lap. He wears his shortest gym shorts so Eddie can touch his skin, drag his fingers up Steve's calves and thighs. If they aren't being watched too closely, Eddie slips his hand up Steve's thigh and pushes aside his damp panties to finger him gently, just enough to make him purr with contentment. But it's only one weekend a month.
