There’s no routine screening for pancreatic cancer, most cases aren’t operable, and the five year survival rate after diagnosis is around 13%. It’s a traumatic news.
But new personalized mRNA immunotherapy is showing encouraging results in Phase 1 clinical trials.
Keep funding science!
mRNA vaccines continue to show major promise.
In a small Phase 1 trial led by Dr. Balachandran, some patients with pancreatic cancer (one of the deadliest cancers) reached 6-year survival.
This is why sustained investment in science & research matters.

Neel fits in here.
it's remarkable how crazy this video is, especially in light of what we just learned in that Atlantic article
this is exactly the reason I am optimistic about the future of my Democratic Party. The right message will carry the right candidate. And we have a great bunch of them.

Thank you
this is why I read and love The Atlantic
Some of the best hunting in Arkansas for exotic species can be found at the Little Rock Zoo. Ask Governor Sarah Huckabee.

Kelly is on the list. I'd vote for him.
Gavin is a non-starter for me. You and I will disagree about Beshear. He has the chops. Shapiro, Whitmer. I love Klobuchar but she is down the road. Gallego at some point possibly. 2028 is a long way away.
My Democratic Party has a great bench of candidates. None of them perfect but all good and most importantly, qualified to be commander in chief.
I guess the question for me is does the Democratic Party need to do window dressing in 2028 by running 2 white men as the ticket in order to win back the White House. I get it, I'm just some peanut out in the gallery. But I hope my Democratic Party thinks better of itself than to fall for that.
I get it. More than I wish I did. Winning isn't everything. It's the only thing. Nonetheless, in the not too distant future I have high hopes for Governor Wes Moore.

“Under their model, voting rights would belong to the head of each household — not to individuals. Women in households led by a husband would not (vote) … women who are widowed, divorced or otherwise head of their own households would vote.”
