Most who say "jogging is bad for you" just don't know how to jog!
By that, I mean what they call "jogging" is, for their fitness, very much running. Their "starting gear" is 5 or 6 min/k. Too fast!
You don't begin at 5 or 6 min/k. You *learn* to jog at 10min/k, then 9, then 8...
What a great documentary! I never knew of Joss Naylor, but this film told me everything (not really) I need to know about who he was.
So inspiring!
