I feel best when I’m active so it’s time to get back into shape. I have ten weeks till Broadway Bares ( I dont know if I’ve been cast yet ) so let’s get to work and stay sober still the show 💙

Well it’s officially time to kick my ass into gear. My depression has been working overtime since September and I haven’t been to the gym much if at all. I know I can’t help others unless I’m helping myself too and I can’t do that if I’m not in a good headspace.

I love that my friends were so on board to dress up and indulge my foolishness. I love y’all 💙

I’ve never ever had Olive Garden before and I knew my first time needed to be very special. There are some but they aren’t really a thing in Canada. I have been talking about doing a black tie dinner there for forever.

I didn’t really celebrate my birthday this year because I was performing my one man show with proceeds to benefit Broadway Cares so I decided I needed more attention and threw a half bday party. So here’s to me 🥂

Starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel after this food poisoning.

As I’m getting older I’m discovering I’m becoming more sensative to noise. Too many people talking at once, or too much ambient noise and I’m over stimulated. I’m finding I’m removing myself from spaces more and more often.

I’ve had enough doors close in my face to know it’s the universe redirecting me to something better. This is just another door.
