Do you think hospital care should be means tested?
Do you think public education should be means tested?

Means test NDIS and the NDIS will become a bottom of the barrel service

Many still long for words unsaid:
Acknowledgement of the wounded & dead
People like you & people like me
Whose lives are destroyed & long to be free.
Adults & children, babies & aged
Treated as animals, tortured & caged
Bombed with abandon vicious & cruel
But all that we hear is the cost of our fuel

@albomp.bsky.social, having originally backed the illegal US/Israel war in Iran do you now have anything to say about the US threat to end a civilisation?

You can see that having spoken in favour of this violence you are now obliged to express opposition to a threat of genocide?

He's the new Israeli Ambassador to Australia. Let that sink in.

But:
- why was he even given a platform to speak at all
- why wasn't he arrested after for making statements that amount to hate speech?

Iranians & Palestinians are 'barbarians'. fmd, isn't that's the pot calling the kettle black?

Laurel Hubbard: Who is the transgender weightlifter making history at Tokyo 2020?

The banning of trans women from the Olympics is one of the most disgusting examples of bigotry I can recall.

There was literally ONE trans woman to compete at the Olympics. She failed to record a lift.

5 years ago the Olympics website lauded her.

Now the IOC regards her as an unperson.

Electric trucks take to the road as demand for petrol-free cars surges The vehicles are common in China and Norway, and one company hopes to have a fleet of heavy rigs on Australian highways by next year.

a Windrose #EV Truck, just competed a loaded B Double run from Sydney to Canberra non stop, no need to charge, 100% electric. total cost $50 approx. Diesel would have cost near $500 or more.
We have solutions to our fuel crisis..

But the gas industry’s peak representative body, Australian Energy Producers, said a 25% levy against its exports would come at the “worst possible time for Australia’s economy and energy security”.

“Imposing higher taxes on Australian gas producers would stop investment in new gas supply, leading to gas shortfalls, higher energy prices, and the closure of Australian industries that rely on reliable and affordable gas,” AEP’s chief executive officer, Samantha McCulloch, said.

Bullshit.

Utter bullshit.

83% of Australia's gas is exported.

THERE IS NO SHORTAGE

We spend billions on flood defenses, then clear the wetlands and forests that prevent floods for free.
One acre of wetland can hold 1.5 million gallons of floodwater.
Cheaper than concrete walls. 🏞️

Hanson's claim about non-citizens on local councils is wrong Pauline Hanson has falsely suggested that foreign students and other visa holders who aren't citizens can vote and even run in local council elections in one state.
