The fillings of the "soup" are random things I had lying around: eraser shavings and chunks, pencil shavings, embossing powder, and little plastic foam pieces. Anything to give it a chunky stew effect. Then it was varnished. If you have any more questions, feel free to hit me up!

The support is scrap wood, correct. Then most of it is acrylic paint. The "soup" is made from Pebeo Fantasy Prisme paints, a pouring shimmer craft paint. They're also outlined with Pebeo clear raised outliner, and the soup + spoon is in the same in gold.
