It’s not that tricky. In NYC there’s not much parking, when rules aren’t followed, fine give them a ticket to learn a lesson but we don’t need an iron fist. We need to assume if given opportunity that citizens will do the right thing. Involving strict policing is a choice that we don’t have to make!
