Thank you so much @sewh.bsky.social for taking an injured fox cub in when no one else was open. It's great that people like you exist. The poor devil was in a bad way but we are keeping everything crossed...

That was worth reading until the last line.

"What you've got to understand is that men like him are the aristocracy in here. The armed robbers and contract killers. They're a breed apart."

You pour a puddle of petrol on the ground and throw a match on it. What onomatopoeic word do you use for the roaring sound it makes as it catches light?

I'm so sorry.

The West is slowly but permanently moving away from buying oil and gas in general and Russian oil and gas in particular. This quite obviously isn't about that.

1 year ago 1 0 0 0

It's all about the Russian oil and gas... that we are not buying anymore. Right.

I don't think you know what you're talking about Jimmy.

The EU and NATO are different institutions.

As you read the House Ethics report about Gaetz, always keep in mind that Donald Trump believed that Gaetz was the most qualified person in America to be the chief law enforcement official in the United States.

I'm not making a prediction and you don't need to trust any media. These things are happening now, as recorded by various organs of the Russian state.

It was a little known clause of Trump's manifesto that he would threaten every country whose name consists of alternating vowels and consonants. YOU'RE NEXT COMOROS

Massive military spending boosts GDP figures. Doesn't mean it's good for the Russian economy, even in the short term: manpower shortages, inflation, massive interest rates, ruble and stock market plummeting...

Sometimes I think only @sarahkendzior.bsky.social understands the gravity of what is happening to America.

This is why they will lose in the end.

But someone who had real evidence and cared about fraud would want to do something about it. You have no real evidence and your claims are entirely frivolous. I'm blocking you now.

1 year ago 0 0 1 0

You're talking about hundreds of thousands of people who took part in these studies being lied to about what drugs they were given. What are you going to do about fraud of this scale? You've contacted medical regulators/ombudsmans/the police, right? And handed over all the evidence you have? Right?

No. You are claiming that every major drug company is lying about the trials they do and that journals like the NEJM haven't spotted, or are colluding in, this subterfuge. That's an extraordinary claim of wrongdoing which requires evidence. It's for you - the accuser - to provide it.

Do you know what "shifting the burden of proof" means?

Show me some evidence for this claim.

Did you carefully read the bit where they all state that they are placebo-controlled? Or are they are all lying about that?

You can't explain it because it makes no sense. The truth is that Putin doesn't want Ukraine to join NATO because he has always planned to invade Ukraine and wouldn't have the balls to do so if it were a NATO member. He would try his luck with the Baltic States too if they weren't members.

1 year ago 1 0 1 0

What difference does it make militarily? I still don't get it. Why is the possibility of NATO bases in Ukraine worse than NATO bases in Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and now Finland?

1 year ago 0 0 2 0

Russia doesn't get to "set boundaries". What are you talking about? Finland is in NATO now and can put as many missiles at it likes on its border. Does this mean Russia has to invade Finland now? Is that the next move?

You're not getting it. Russia already borders NATO. NATO could put bases/missiles etc on the Estonian/Latvian border with Russia now (although it doesn't). Does Russia have to invade those countries too - and Finland?

1 year ago 1 0 1 0

What difference does it make? Russia already borders NATO. The Estonian border is 70 miles from St Petersburg.
