A creature with large open maw from the top of his jaw to the bottom of its ribcage, it's ribs curl outwards like pointed teeth. It's got 6 arms, two are more normal and end is very long claws, another come out of the chest cavity and the fingers meld into either side of its cheeks and the last set come out from its shoulders, it's hands curved over the top of the head, fingers melding into the skull with long curled claw like horns curling upwards from where the fingertips would be. It's skin has been flayed at the bottom giving it almost a skirt or tunic with muscle bare legs underneath
