We’ve always published atleast one story a week on Fridays.
Starting this week, Lamestream is making this a column, and we’re committing to publishing more standalone stories during the week.

Posts by Scott Mitchell
The Canberra press gallery has been lecturing us on 'social cohesion', says @scottmitchell.bsky.social,
but when Angus Taylor rolls out a revival of the White Australian Policy, journalists obligingly publish his media release with little or no criticism. #auspol

Spain, Italy and France have all banned US aircraft engaged in Iran bombing.
But, says Scott, "Albanese has been asked about taking a stance like this zero times by the Australian media."
Who instead can only focus on whether the govt will *increase* support for US-Israeli war crimes. #auspol
This MFer has no other morality or values except beating the Coalition.
Which would be a problem anyway, but the Coalition is dead, dude.
Willing to lie, kill, help bomb civilians, to vanquish an enemy that's already vanquished.
Is the Coalition in the room with us right now, Anthony?
Albanese at the press club. What a predictably one dimensional man.
Of course the economic crisis isn't because of the war he supports -- it's because of the coalition!
Trump: *gives no justification, purpose or clear objectives for a war; threatens to bomb a country to the stone age*
Aus politicians/media: "Mmm, tricky spot for the US administration. Glad we are only giving essential equipment for the bombing to continue and aren't involved at all!"

Lamestream has collaborated with the brilliant team at Norwegian paper DN, on their latest Epstein investigation.
It lays out even more about Jeffrey Epstein, Ehud Barak and the broker of the Oslo accords, Terje Rod-Larsen -- and their plots to influence world affairs.

All I’ve heard for my entire adult life from Peter Hartcher and the ASPI crowd is that Australia has to spend more on the American alliance because we’re so “dependent on maritime trade”.
Where’s your worries about maritime trade now mfers?
After Hugh Marks said this on the ramshackle, management-run radio broadcast, Patrick called in.
Have a listen to Patrick:
Hugh Marks: "The audience comes first, and we need to stop playing games.”
It betrays that he doesn't even understand who he's negotiating with.
These are staff who've broadcast from warzones, driven into bushfires, and worked days straight for no extra pay.

Marks’ style of leadership is another flashpoint. Earlier this month, he was due to address staff at a town hall meeting to make his latest and what he said was his final offer in negotiations. But before the meeting, Marks unveiled the offer in an exclusive with the Financial Review. When he showed up to the town hall, Marks was asked why he’d chosen to go to the commercial media with his pay offer, instead of to his own staff. Marks replied that he didn’t have to explain himself.
Good piece by @index.lamestream.com.au.ap.brid.gy about the strike at the ABC.

Stuff like this is almost breathtaking, if unsurprising:
The Lamestream newsletter has excellent coverage of the ABC strike today, worth signing up for www.lamestream.com.au/express-your...
Starting to feel like WWIII could start, and no one would really realise until we're a year into it.
Alright mate, incoming prime ministers have spoken less.
This has been a great thread.
One question, if you don’t mind doing a bit of a blow-by-blow: Is Cory currently embalmed?
Albo is doing a great John Howard impression.
Hope you enjoy it!
There’s a live stream of the whole interaction — which I’ve watched.
Why can your boy not talk honestly about people being angry at his support for Israeli wars — and instead has to brand anyone who says anything to him extremists.
So he’s allowed to lie about what the heckling was about, then?
Or because the LMA invites him, every Lebanese or Muslim person has to be silent?
Why say it was over Hizb it-Tahrir and brand anyone who heckles him extremists?
Was that the reason he was heckled was it? No other reasons?
I’m saying it was disgraceful because he misrepresented what happened.
He didn’t say possibly. Who’s spinning now?
Why not mention any other grievance — like the ones they actually said to him, about genocide and war? Because he’s spinning any criticism of him as radical extremism.
So what’s your arguement exactly, because the invited him, every Lebanese person has to be quiet and cool with Albanese backing Israel and its wars — and if they tell him how they feel, the PM is allowed to brand them Hizb ut-Tahrir?
You expect everyone to just be quiet? Not express any anger? be good little props for him, just because he got an invite from the LMA?
I never said they weren’t invited. But he choose to go to the Lebanese community — wear any criticism like an adult.
Don’t say everyone who criticises you for backing Israel’s wars, is Hizb ut-Tahrir.
Albanese should stick to facts. This is disgraceful.
Tell me how Murdoch or scomo did this. Give it a go, dude.
I’m sure you can do some mental gymnastics on why your guy feels entitled to walk into the Lebanese muslim community right now and lie about anyone who uses their freedom of speech to tell him what they reckon about the war.
John Howard would be proud, dude. That’s your Labor party.
Your guy, is supporting a pointless war killing innocent people.
He chooses to walk into the heart of a community that’s affected by that.
And because a few of them are not completely silent and deferential, but yell ‘shame’ and ‘genocide’ at him — he lies and says they’re all Hizb ut-tahrir.
Nup. Why do you think I am?
