I've managed to keep on track with taking a walk every day this month.

It's not much, but compared to how little I've moved my body over the last five years, it's a huge difference.

I wanna invest in a walk pad at some point and increase my daily step count so I can feel even better!

Health Update!

Other than a bit of an ache, I can finally sit at my desk again!
I'm gonna spend this & next week catching up on work I owe.

But beyond that I can make plans to return to streaming soon!

I'm very happy to be mostly pain free for the 1st time in several months.🥹

Spent today workin' on my queue.. 1 out of 4 done.
Thankfully it was the most complex, so everything else should be a breeze!

My pain is becoming more manageable throughout the day.

Sitting at my desk still isn't possible for long periods of time.

I've also noticed that my range of neck motion without pain is larger today.

Hopefully this means I'll be fit to be at my desk soon!

The good news is that in two weeks it'll look totally different anyways
